Stampin Up demonstrator – Crafty Little Minx – Good Luck Rio!

Well its only 4 days to go until the opening ceremony for the Olympics in Rio and I am soooooooooo excited. Not only do I love the Olympics, and Rio holds a special place in my heart, but I also have an added inducement in that the son of a very good friend of mine is competing for Team GB.

So I made this special card to wish them luck. I  sent the card via his parents who flew out to Brazil this week in time for the opening ceremony and it is now sitting on his window ledge in the Olympic village.

As its such a special occasion I made a huge A5 card and used my favourite swirly bird swirls to make the rings. I them topped them off with the large letters and numbers in gold. Well what else could I chose?

So I want to dedicate this  post to the whole of Team GB and wish them a fantastic Olympic games.

Before I go I wanted to show you a lovely bonus set that is available to order from today until 31st August. Its stunning and I know that I will using it all year round for many different types of cards. Check back next week when there will be some great ideas to get your creative juices flowing…..

Also if you placed an order with me in July, don’t forget to  redeem your bonus days vouchers before the 31st August. I will also be sending a little something out as usual to those who ordered with me and should start to whet your appetite for the new Autumn Winter catalogue which  launches on 1st September. Boy this seasonal catty is just packed with lovely goodies,
